This spacious and cosy flat located just 30 metres from the beach in Calafell is the ideal accommodation for travellers looking for comfort and tranquillity during their stay.
Ideal for families and friends alike, this three-bedroom, bathroom and toilet flat can accommodate up to six guests. It also has a separate kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with access to a private terrace, from which the flat enjoys both ventilation throughout the day thanks to the sea breeze, as well as plenty of light. It is located on the third floor without a lift.
Due to its central location, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other services are just a few steps away, making it practically unnecessary to use the car.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h. and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
